12 kg maiz molido y remojado del dia anterior mas 4 kg pale ale se macera a 75 por 60 minutos y de hi se sube hasta que hierba y se apaga. se recircula y se va a olla cocción
agua de macerado pale ale a 75 para que baje 68 70 ideal 72 para azucares no fermentables y que sea mas dulzona, 90 minutos macerado. al final se agregan 5 kg lactosa.
300 grs cascade - 100 inicio fermentación 100 a los 60 minutos y 100 10 antesde apagar, 100 mas al fermentador despues de terminada la fermentacion. s diluye el lupylo y se da una mini cocci se enfria con cerveza fri y al fermentador .
