The yeast was a packet that was expired in 2021. I made a starter for it some days ago and then fridged it. On brew day I broke it out to let it warm up and put back on the stir plate. This fermentation was going crazy after a couple of hours. Never seen a yeast do this before. |

Flavor is improving. The rhubarb definitely adds a crisp tartness without much vegetal flavor. The strawberry is totally imperceivable to my taste. |
