Notes

Traditionally, this style of beer shouldn't have a lot of or next to no bitterness. Original version of this recipe had the 60 minute hop addition detailed as 40g however this gives the beer an after taste of lingering bitterness which I would not describe as off putting but it was certainly undesired.

Dropping the 60 minute addition to 20g will obviously reduce the overall IBU (untested by myself) however feel free to play with bitterness levels at the 60 minute boil mark or even omit that addition completely. Dealers choice!
