Notes

Brew day:
Going for an amped-up Bavarian wheat beer with a North American spin. Includes superior pale ale and white wheat malts, plus Munich and a little crystal for body and flavor. Moderately high (but not overpowering) hopping with azacca. Bavarian-style wheat yeast.

Fermentor:
5.75 gals @ 1.042/3

Kegging, 18Jun2023:
73% attenuation (4% abv). Medium body, nice flavor and aroma. Pleasant hop character that I think will work well in this wheat beer.

Serving: 27Jun2023
Well balanced beer. I wasn't sure about using the Bavarian yeast in an American wheat beer, but it works well here with the azacca hops.
