The plan for this one is as follows:
- Gluten Free using clarity ferm (added with yeast) the yeast, lalbrew "Kolsch Stye Ale Yeast" is also gluten free
- Pitched at 25C and Ferminator will bring it down to 17C overnight
- Fermenting under a max top pressure of 25PSi which allows me to do the 25-17C crash without any off flavours
- *Blue iSpindel being used after battery replacement, new weight addition and zeroing in to 1.000
- Glass hydrometer is reading at 1.040 (bang on the target @ 80% brewhouse efficiency)
- I also used a brew bag inside the malt tube to remove any chance of debris so i could chill with my plate chiller
- Aiming to use the plate chiller going forward and pumping out instead of pouring out using a funnel (the one i have is very large and i want to get rid of it
- I also discovered the Karcher power hose is a pretty useful tool for clean up!
*iSpindel stil not calibrated properly so it has been unlinked and i'll go manual from here with glass hydrometer. |

Abandoned the ispindel as the calibration was off.
Fermentation was at 21Psi so I reduced to 10Psi and took a hydrometer reading.
Increase tp 22Psi of top pressure and a cold crash to 3C for 3 days.
This should be enough for clarity and carbonation so I can keg or can straight away. |
