This was a total, whole cone, hop dump from what was left in my freezer. I knew this was going to be bitter and crazy but the blood orange extract was a good balancer to the amount of whole cone hops I used in this one. It took a minute to get used to, but we drank the keg pretty quickly. Again, these were aging whole cone hops that were vacuum sealed in the freezer from a 2021 harvest. So I used a lot of them. They needed to either be used or thrown away. I used them. |
