Notes

Parti-gyle Wheat

4.5 gallons of first runnings will create the Dunkelweizen with addition of 0.5 gallons liquid from steeped (late edition) grains to the boil. Addition of Tettnanger hops per brew schedule and use of WB-06 wheat beer yeast to follow.

Remaining wort plus sparge water will create the Berliner Weisse that will sit overnight at 90 F with addition of 1 lb pale malt to sour and be boiled the next day. Addition of hallertau hops per schedule and use of Kveik Voss to ferment will finish the party.
