Notes

Remember coolers with stainless dishwasher hose braid for a torpedo? Thats what was used to sparge this. Sparged with 4 gallons of 180F water and got 5.75 gallons, probably because of the rice hulls.

This needed more Raspberries.
The hops were barely there.
The mash temperatures were not accurate, cooling and minor overheating happened. The WLP5000 was sooo slow that I added a cachet of Coopers Ale Yeast (from a kit)
Kegged so there was no priming. Force carbonated
Very drinkable, but not something you want to have a hangover with.
