Good brew day, faultless from a process standpoint however there was a recipe error where I omitted the malt adjuncts. This will have affected the final gravity. lower than predicted grain losses from the mash also resultedin a higher volume of run off and slightly more dilute wort |

No further movement on the reading from yesterday so assume fermentation has finished. Will chill for 24 hours, then look to either fine or add polyclar |
