Good brew day, faultless from a process standpoint however there was a recipe error where I omitted the malt adjuncts. This will have affected the final gravity. lower than predicted grain losses from the mash also resultedin a higher volume of run off and slightly more dilute wort

now very cloudy - one bubble every 20 seconds or so so expect fermentation is complete, will check again tomorrow

No further movement on the reading from yesterday so assume fermentation has finished. Will chill for 24 hours, then look to either fine or add polyclar

3x full cornies packaged and fined with Beer Brite finings and left to condition.
Each keg dry hopped with 20g Azacca, 20g Ekuanot and 15g Simcoe
