Sparged 12 instead of 10 liters, brew kettle filled to the "max" line, a bit too much - 11l would have been good.

Added 1tsp of irish moss to boil @10'.
5' hops added at flameout as planned, I just put the "5min" into the recipe for bitterness calculation.
Otherwise everything acourding to the recipe.

Rough brewday for we've been filming and kegging during the session, rather chaotic. It's summer, didn't get the temperature below 24°C. Put in Fridge to cool down further, pitch yeast later.

Pitched yeast at around 20:00, temp 18C, ferment at 16C.

Temp sensor fell off, rose to 18C during peak fermentation roughly 2 days in, cooled down to 16C again after.
