Wort looks more darker than a blonde so changed name.
Not alot of hot break but wort smelt great taste wasn't awesome buy everything smelt right with mash ect.
12g mag FWH in hop sock. |

Added 40g cryo pop and 30g waimea in a hop bag into kegmenter.
Fermentation went nuts yesterday and last night.
So I think it's only got a bit left to go. |

Sample looked and smelled great.
It looked a beautiful orange colour in the glass.
Had a great think bubbly head on it.
The smell was dank citrus apricot tropical fruit.
Taste was similar but had that lite body reminiscent of GF Beer it was also nice and clean with not a hint of any infection or fermentation flaws.
Started crashing this beer.
Really looking forward to this bevvy. |

Keg kicked yesterday this was a tasty pale ale.
This is pretty good.
I find things meld in nicely after a week or two.
Hops were great on this beer.
Bitterness was spot on I think the buckwheat projects a touch of spiceyness that comes across as Bitterness in the beer or something but it's nice.
I wouldn't change this too much |
