Not sure why the sg is lower than expected. I didn't stir the mash midway thru the mash which may have helped to increase the sg. Next time. |

SG remained low - could have boiled it for longer but not really worried about the alcohol % for this beer.
No noticeable smke aroma which is a worry. |
