Notes

Since this recipe will be used to also make another beer (Belgian Tripel) with a higher ABV (2 - 5.0 gal. batches), 6.25 gal. of the Belgian Blonde beer was pulled off for cooling and racked to the carboy. This beer was then boiled an additional 15 min. after the late addition Candi sugar and hops were added.
