Notes

Since this recipe will be used to also make another beer (Belgian Tripel) with a higher ABV (2 - 5.0 gal. batches), 6.25 gal. of the Blond beer was pulled off for cooling and racked to the carboy. Yeast was pitched after cooling. The Tripel continued its boil after some late additions while this beer was cooling.
