Notes

Slight fruity ester smell. Some wine like character. Bright. Mild bitter finish. Had decent head but could be better. Will avoid protein rest next time. Fits BJCP guidelines. Yeast cleared up very well. May pressure ferment next time increase wheat in recipe.
