I think yeast shot out of the airlock/tube early on and ferm finished before fully attenuating. Beat. |

I'm a Gose convert. This recipe is so damn simple and a flavorful "table" beer is a great idea! Not sure if/how the yeast made the beer, but was cool to finally use a Brett(ish) yeast. |
