Fermenting around 62 degrees. Bubbling once every 3-5 seconds now. Took a bit longer to get started with lower temp and dry yeast. |

Still 62, but now has hit peak fermentation after about 36-40 hours. Will keep at 62 for 2 days then raise to 68 for 3 days. |
