Notes

I used two packets of the Wyeast for this brew to get the ABV I wanted. After 4 days in primary the beer was at 7% and climbing so it worked out, finished just below 9%. Delicious imperial porter, about as roasty as I can handle. Great Fall/Winter beer. Enjoy!
