Tried not to mix the grain when doughing-in to see if it stopped the stuck mash, it didn't, and it left cold spots. Had to give it a good mix to get a good flow through pump (counter intuitive). After for 10 mins of messy mashing the next full hour was 60 mins at 64oC +/- 0.1oC - perfect.

Good rolling boil this time. Should have left flame out hops in a separate bag during the chilling phase, ending up removing all before chilling.

Significant amount of protein in solution but didn't wait to settle before transferring to fermenter. Trial jar sample settled clear with trub at the bottom within 30-45 mins - very clear. Tastes very fresh and quite bitter despite just 20 IBUs
Massive Brewhouse efficiency probably due to the cooler mash temperature this time.

Appears a little cloudy, more than expected. Will probably need polyclar and finings
