Notes

Soak 4 oz. of Rum Barrel Oak Chips in 50/50 mix of vodka and rum. Start soak on brew day and pitch during secondary.

  • Split and scrape vanilla beans and add to mix

    Add 12 oz. toasted coconut after fermentation for 7 days, then remove.
