Notes

Lager that is fermented at higher temp. Going to go fir 19C fermentation temp with this under pressure of 15Psi.
Hoping to retain some of the Psi for carbing under cold crash after about a week of fermenting.
If I'm successful i'll have some for cans and the rest for a 19litre corny keg.
