5 litres de perdu dans le depot de levure et de houblon décanté.

La levure hydra vient ajouter une belle rondeur et des arômes à la bière.

Potentiellement masher à plus haute température pour plus de sucre non fermenticible!

Le dry hop en high krausen est une idée merveilleuse.

Note pour prochaine bière:
Volume pre-mash: 25 litres
sparge: 1-2 litres!

Augmenter le volume d'eau premash de 5 litres pour prochaine batch et sparge (1 à 2 litres)

Mettre beaucoup moins de Munich Malt ou pas dutout, la couleur n'est pas réussi.
