this time imma start with 10 gallons and hope for 7.5 into fermenter. I should have about 1 gallon lost during mash, at least 1 gallon lost at boil 2 gallons lost for hoses.

got 5 gallons. The hop stopper clogged and I had already chilled it to 68*. i pitched onto a 4 gen of diamond lager. If it survives ill be impressed.
