Notes

Start fermentation at 18C (3 days) then ramp up to 21C, 2 weeks total. Bottle carb 1.5 volumes CO2.

Sugar used was Waitrose muscovado

Need more sparge water next time as fell 5l short of 30l target!

The keg of this was amazing!!! Keg finished after 3 months and it was even better down to the last pint!
