Notes

Added 1.13 lbs of frozen Mandarine juice. Mandarins were harvested from my father's garden in Jan 2023.

I may have used way too many hops. Just noticed my IBU's AFTER I brewed this batch.

The yeast was free from the brew store and the hops were free from the Homebrew club members.

Next time, I'll insert my recipe before I begin throwing ingredients together.

*Final Gravity: 1.004 (Brewers Friend automatically inserts FG and I don't know how to edit it but my OG matched at 1.043

Therefore, my ABV% should be 5.12%
