16-28 February 2023 – cold crashed in the house at 52 degrees as I was gone to Germany.
28 February 2023, 0630 – I moved into cellar and took a sample. It is still 1.011 at 70 degrees.

Put some in a 2 liter bottle for beer club. Kevin took 12 - 22 ounce bottles and I have the rest. Broke the standing capper. The new hand capper worked great.
