Yeast captured from Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.
By design, for the IBU, going a little higher because spunding valve seems to suppress hop bitterness.

Fermentation 18C
First 3 days, with airlock.
After that, Spunding valve for carbonation at 10 psi.

Primary estimate - 7 days
Secondary - 10 days
Cold crash - 2 days

Shooting for 2.5 psi carbonation.
