Notes

The "Gladfield - Shepherd's Delight"to be added in the last 7 minutes of the mash. Here the "Shepherd's Delight" is required mainly for the colour addition.

I sparge with acidified water at mash temperature.

This recipe is almost identical to my popular "Red Promise" recipe which used Golden Promise as the base malt.
