Notes

Added 2ml lactic acid to the whirlpool. (Pro tip)

Will spilt dry hop into 2 additions.
The first one will be into nylon bags on day 5.
The second one was added loose to the fermenter on day 8.
Will remove the first dry hop before adding a second one.
May use Lupo Max for Mosiac and Citra second dry hop.

Decreased hop load as this seems to be a waste of hops.
