Mash in at 147-153 degrees for 75 minutes, boil for 75 minutes adding 9 grams of hops at 60 minutes left and 3 grams at 5 minutes left. Cool wort and add honey, mix thoroughly and and aerate. Let cool to room temp and take gravity. Pitch yeast
