coccion muy larga por problemas de fogones de ollas, se cocimo a 80 30 kgr y se agrego al mosto mas 2.5 kg azucar candy y 100 gr de calcio 250 grs levadura es mucho hay una fermentacion mut alta de los 250 se saco taambien para los 30 litros de reciduo de lavado que dio 1040 inicial y el principal 1070
