Pitched onto yeast cake of 1469 from a Dark Mild I didn't package.

Mash pH @ 15min = 5.45
Mash pH @ 60min = 5.85

Meant to hop with all Fuggles, but didn't have enough. Horizon+EKG was not the origional plan, but rather the approach taken given the hops I had on hand
