Notes

This turned out quite good.
I used RO water and added 9gram s of calcium chloride, 6grams of gypsum and 10 drops of lactic acid to bring the ph to 5.4

Possibly next time i will leave out the mash hops as it was slightly bitter but had good flavor and aroma.
