Belangrijk!

De mais is afkomstig van popcorn mais. Deze dient eerst verstijfselt te worden. Schroot de mais met 10% mout (gewicht). Maisch 5 min op 70C, kook vervolgens 30 min. 3L/kg
Voeg na de brouw 2 liter water met 240 gr suiker opgelost toe. Dit is minder dan 10% van het volledige volume, dus proef je niet. 250 gr suiker is gelijk aan de suiker in het bier.
