peel of 2 blood oranges

both steep at flame out for 10 min

Really a nice beer. Nice melange of subtle phenols: clove, pepper, etc. Dry finish. Dark fruit flavors. I want a touch more caramel flavor to round out this beer.

Homebrew club enjoyed it. Will enter in competition.
