Notes

added yeast nutrient and aerated for 2 mins with pure oxygen and a diffusion stone. pitched yeast from a 2L starter and maintained a very precise 152 mash temp. Also added half a teaspoon of calcium carbonate to the strike water. excellent attenuation, packs a serious wallop.
