Notes

Preboil gravity 1.067 refractometer. 1.060 hydrometer
With the new counterflow cooler, wort was cooled to 80 degrees in 25 minutes
Oxygenate for 1 minute. 11.5 gal in fermenter is perfect for 10 gal
Dry Hop on day 4
First time using closed fermentation. Spike. Set the PRV at 7 pounds. Note: not carbonated enough, Set to 10 necxt time
Cold Crash on day 7 to 38 degrees for 24 hrs. Keg day 9
