Notes

Of course, I finally fix the broken switch for the heating element and I now think I may have a temperature problem. I've never in my life had lower than 60% brewers efficiency. Electric kettles be darned. I miss my open flame.

Flavor is mostly good, a little hot, but likely due to my emergency cane sugar addition to make sure the kviek will have enough to eat. We'll see. So far, it's lager-like with a crisp finish. Fruitiness is pretty good and slightly malt forward in balance. Dry hop in a day or two, bottling by the weekend. More to come...
