Gypsum: 3 gms
Calc. Chloride: 5 gms
Epsom Salt: 2 gms
Lactic Acid: 2 ml
Sodium Bicarbonate: 1 gm
Sparge:
Gypsum: 2.3 gms
Calc. Chloride: 3.8 gms
Epsom Salt: 1.8 gms

Conduct a single infusion mash at 154° F (68 C). Conduct a 60 minute boil, following the hop additions as listed in the ingredients. Ferment at 68° F (20 C).
New Whirlpool Method for 2021 and beyond
- Add Whirlfloc @5 mins left on boil, add yeast nutrient if desired: 2.5 tsp per Brewzilla
- At 0 mins Add 0 min hop addition
- cut flame/ heat and whirlpool with hops in kettle for 5-10 minutes
- Take out Hops and wait (whirlpool?) another 10 minutes
- Cold Crash after this rest period
- Record original gravity
- Pitch yeast starters at 20 C
- Secondary after fermentation is complete to clear
