Notes

Place apple juice in refrigerator over night. Mash grains, sparge and squeeze to obtain 2 gallons of wort, follow hop schedule and at the end of the boil, add 64 oz fresh grapefruit. Add apple juice to fermenter, then add wort to it. Aerate and Pitch yeast. Dry hop once the fermentation has nearly subsided.
