Notes

Does Voss Kveik go well in a NEIPA? Can you turn around a NEIPA in about four days? We will find out!

Bigger batch than normal because I'm going to ferment it in a corny keg

No high krausen dry hop this time to avoid the mess we get with frothing hops and also because the fermentation is so vigorous I don't want to blast out all the good flavours.
