- 1tsp clove
- 0.5tsp star anise
Covered in vodka
Set for 10 days, strain, and add to sample of stout

Collected 52 ml of chai tincture
Tested ratio (1:400) and thought it was good.
Ratio notes: calculated 52ml spice tincture to 5 gallons of beer (18,927ml) |
