Notes

Start with 3.75 Gal total RO water, and adjust mash with minerals listed (2.75 Gal for mash, and 1.0 Gal untreated for sparge). Will lose ~0.4 Gal to grain absorption (BIAB), so pre-boil volume is 3.35 Gal. Lose 0.45 Gal to evaporation in 45 min boil, so post-boil volume is 2.9. Lose ~0.15 Gal to hops absorption, so 2.75 into fermentor. After racking off about 0.25 Gal trub, have 2.5 finished Gal of beer.

[Possibly bottle some with some spice additions (cinnamon, clove, allspice, nutmeg? - measured to taste from tinctures) for winter warmer?]
