Beer showed hardly any sign of fermentation so purchased a brand new smack pack and pitched it. In 12 hours the beer was off and running and by 15 hours there was a 2 inch layer of Krausen on the top of the beer. |

Wort showing major signs of fermentation. At least 3 inches of Krausen. I'm glad I put it in the big carboy otherwise it would've exploded all over the place. |
