Added potassium sulfate to stop yeast from further fermentation. Sat overnight 24 hrs. Transferred to bottling bucket and back-sugared with 2 cans of apple concentrate and 1 1/2 cups of carmel syrup. Cider did not carbonate in bottles. NOTE!!! Use half the potassium sulfate |
