Notes

From MoreBeer:

A malty, red, spiced ale for the season with; powdered ginger, powdered cinnamon, and powdered allspice. Not over done so it can be enjoyed without becoming 'too much'. A very popular kit that we have been selling to rave reviews for three years now.

Makes 5 gallons
Estimated Original Gravity: 1.051-56
SRM (Color Range): 17-19
IBUs: 26-30
Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 5%

For the all-grain version, the suggested mash temperature is 152°F. Add the cinnamon, ginger, and allspice for the last 10 minutes of the boil. We recommend a fermentation temperature in the 66–68°F range.
