pH was at 5.5 at 10 min into mash so I added another 1ml of lactic acid to help bring it down a bit more. |

Cooled to 90F, whirlpooled and let sit in cold garage for an hour. Transferred to ferm keg, pitched yeast, aerated and placed in ferm chamber at 80F. Beer was right at 79F when pitching. |

Fermentation activity seems to have stopped. Moved ferm keg into house. Going to let it go a couple.more days before cold crashing. |
