Kegs rested for 7 days at 40-38F after transfer. Increased psi to 20 with a little shake around and set at 20. Will check daily for taste and keep at 20psi until high carbonation |

The control (yellow) tastes very much like TH OG. The extra .2oz of Centennial Dry hops definitely is noticeable. All in all, really good.
The Experimental (Green) is actually even better. Same flavor profile and mouth feel, but a little lighter on the hop aroma and more of a juicy kind of flavor; lighter, not so piney. Very good! I would consider making this grain bill again and mixing up more hops because other of very good. |
