Boil finished at 1 hour 50 mins. 1.075 gravity. 5 gallons in kettle. added matlo, ginger (reduced to .35 oz) , whirlfloc, and hops at shutoff. should have watched gravity closer. |

Airated, try for less volume in sparge generally. Reduced ginger spice not fresh to .35. |
