So this was a mangrove jacks spices Belgian dubbel kit that I failed to read instructions for. Added cold water to make 25.5 Ltrs.

Also added 0.5ths light malt extract and about 0.75kgs of brewing sugar.

Not sure what gravity was as my meter is shit, but this sites calc is amazing!

Used liquid malt extract and actual required ingredients to come to recipes strength after fermentation then adjusted for my shortcomings.

So it comes out what it is, and if it’s good like this I’ll make it again.
